Close to all amenities and a few minutes walk to the beach, this apartment is ideal if you want to leave the car behind, as it has everything on the doorstep...bars,restaurants,aquapark,buses,supermarkets....
The apartment is ideal for those of limited mobility as it is on the ground floor and is situated on a small gated complex with two communal pools, bar and small supermarket.
Fully equipped to sleep 4/5 people the apartment has 2 double bedrooms - one double bedded room and a twin bedded room.
There's a sofa bed in the lounge.
There's a TV with Spanish digital system, plus DVD player.
The kitchen has electric oven and hob, microwave etc, and the Utility room has a washing machine and fridge/freezer.
There's a full bathroom containing full sized bath, with shower over, bidet, wc and washbasin.
ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED EXCEPT BEACH TOWELS.

A Deposit of €50 is required on Booking and a refundable security deposit due on arrival of €50.
