All you have to do it:
- eat mainly plant-based foods, such as vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, nuts, legumes, seeds, herbs and spices
- eat fish and seafood often
- have moderate amounts of poultry, eggs, cheese and yogurt
- limit red meat
- replace butter with olive oil
- drink wine – particularly red – in moderation, and plenty of water
