This is a lovely, two bedroom-apartment, with lots of character - very different from the office-like, run-of-the-mill flats.
The two, good-size bedrooms feature build-in wordrobes, the master bedroom with a French window to the wonderful, large and tranquil communal Andalusian patio.
The beautifully-decorated bathroom adds to the general feeling of class - very much in contrast to the tiny shower rooms one often finds.
The kitchen is, again, of decent size with solid-wood fitted units throughout, and with an annexed utility room.

There is also an underground garage-space available a few steps away in the neighbouring building for further 50 euros a month.
ABOUT ARCOS DE LA FRONTERA
Arcos de la Frontera is a town of some 31,000 inhabitants, very well placed with Seville, Jerez, Cádiz and Gibraltar within easy reach.
The sea at the Costa de la Luz is 40 minutes away.
Nearby airports are Jerez, Seville, Gibraltar and, a bit further away, Málaga.
Arcos is, of course, one of the famous White Villages of Andalusia and, with its old, Moorish town situated on the top of a cliff affording truly breathtaking views, it is among the prettiest places in Andalusia and, perhaps, in the whole of Spain.
