Originating from the Valencia Region of Spain, it's made out of chufas or tiger nuts. You'll find it easily enough in most Spanish supermarkets. However, below is a simple recipe in case you wish to make your own. Basically, just soak the nuts overnight, blend with the other ingrediants, cool and sieve. The powdered cinnamon is optional.
