garlic prawns (gambas al ajillo)Ingrediants - for 4 people 400 gr prawns - shelled6 cloves garlic - peeled and sliced1 red hot chilli pepper - finely choppedOlive oilSeasoning1 tablespoon freshly-chopped parsley1 lemon - quarteredMethod 1. Heat a little oil in pan and add garlic slices. 2. When just starting to colour, add the chilli pepper. 3. Cook for 2 minutes, then increase the heat. 4. Mix in the prawns, then sauté 1-2 minutes each side. 5. Season, and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. 6. Serve, accompanied by lemon wedges.
