alioli potatoes (patatas alioli)Ingrediants - for 4 people 250 gr potatoes - in chunks and boiled until just tender1 egg100 ml extra virgin olive oil3 cloves garlic - peeled and crushed with salt1 tablespoon freshly-chopped parsleyFreshly-ground black pepper1 dessertspoon chopped chivesMethod 1. Drain the boiled potatoes and set aside to cool. 2. Place the egg, oil, garlic, parsley and pepper into a blender. 3. Whiz until smooth. 4. Stir the cold, boiled potato chunks into the mixture. 5. Cover, and chill in the fridge. 6. Sprinkle with snipped chives and serve.
