December 03, 2006

Linda here from Top Tour of Spain with your December update to help chase away those winter blues!

Christmas is a wonderful time of year ... but expensive! I've just been browsing round the local outdoor market in Benidorm buying a few stocking-fillers for family and friends. Managed to get a few bargains ... and it was nice and sunny too, which helped!

Of course, one way of making money in Spain is with property - either by buying low and selling high, or renting out your Spanish property.

Property prices in Spain have soared over recent years, making it extremely difficult to find bargains.

One way is by buying seized/foreclosed properties which owners are forced to sell due to debts. These properties are auctioned off through the Courts - at very low prices.

Not many places provide lists of these up-and-coming foreclosure auctions - the few that do making a hefty charge!

If Spanish property foreclosures are something that interests you, keep your eyes on the Top Tour of Spain site and bookmark it! We're planning to start listing these property auctions in the near future - and for FREE!

Already a Spanish property owner and considering selling or renting out your place in the sun?
