The villa has a private swimming pool, childrens' library, large trampoline, private parking, automated gates with intercom, underfloor heating, sea views, and is only a 15-minute walk to the beach.
Being 15kms from Malaga, the discerning tourist is ideally located to enjoy all that Southern Spain has to offer including shopping in Malaga, local tourist trails, bodegas, horse riding, tennis, go karting, driving range, fishing ... and the infamous Anoreta golf course is only 3 miles away.
Two large supermarkets are located nearby.
The local market takes place every Wednesday morning, where fresh fruit and veg are very reasonably priced.
The local Cala del Moral Caves are located nearby.
Public transport is 50 yards away, where you can take the bus to Malaga, Torre del Mar, or Nerja.
The property is only a 20-minute drive from the airport.
If you wish to avoid the commercial regions of Spain's Costa del Sol, then this Villa is for you.
Maid service once a week.
Changeover takes place on Saturdays.
July/August 1,500 euros per week.
