In the loan amount box, type in the amount you plan to ask for. For example, if you want to borrow 200,000 euros, just type in 200,000.
Next, you'll need to work out the interest rate you'll be paying.
If you wish to take out a mortgage in euros, you'll use the current Euribor rate plus the amount the bank/lenders add to this.
At the time of writing, the 12-month Euribor rate is only about 1.254%, but you'll have to add onto this the lender's percentage.
Finally, fill in the numer of years you'd like your Spanish mortgage to run for, then click on "Calculate".
The resulting figure will give you an idea of how much you can expect your monthly payments to amount to on a simple repayment mortgage.
